The certificate protects you from overpaying or getting misled about quality. It can also be important for insuring your piece. This includes our free cleaning service, ensuring your diamond sparkle just as brightly from the first day you got it. If you find that after a while, the ring has loosened or tightened, we have a resizing service. Simply pop into our store and we'll get that sorted. Would you like to custimise your ring further? We offer upgrade options.

Our returns and warranty policy protects your purchase and gives you peace of mind. You have 30 days to return your item for a full refund if you're not completely satisfied. We take that a step further with our 12-month warranty to ensure your jewellery is protected.
